I am a professor in water and water resources at the department of Physical Geography at Stockholm University.

My research centers on how to best observe and represent hydrologic processes at multiple scales and the associated transport of nutrients.

My research interests are:

  • Observation and representation of hydrologic processes at multiple scales
  • Capturing spatiotemporal patterns in water systems using advanced geostatistical methods
  • Identifying the role of landscape in defining dominant hydrologic processes and pathways
  • Nutrient transport and biogeochemical cycling in connection to hydrology
